Who is responsible?

Regelmapje is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Trade name: Regelmapje. Email: regelmapje@gmail.com.

What we process and why

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and your message, to answer your question. Purchases and payments run through Gumroad, which is responsible for payment, VAT and fraud prevention, and acts as our processor for storing and delivering the files. We receive the data needed for delivery and service, such as your name, email address and the product you bought.

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. The folder chooser works only in your browser and stores or sends nothing.

Processors and transfers outside the EU

Email runs through a Gmail account from Google. Google LLC may process that data in the United States; that transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address to serve and secure it. Gumroad is based in the United States; that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914).

How long we keep data

Purchase data: 7 years, because of Dutch tax record-keeping rules. Email correspondence: 2 years after the last contact.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. Email regelmapje@gmail.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
